Here's how you can take advantage of this new feature.
Once you log in to your account, you will see the search or Discover page, which will look the same. You can access the new Talent Board by clicking on Candidates or Projects in the top menu.
From the Candidate view, you will see a list of your projects on the left-hand side of the page. Once you click on a project, you will see the Kanban-style Talent Board. Of course, you can always toggle back to a list view if you prefer, but the Kanban-style Talent Board should be the default.
From the Projects view, there are two more clicks to see the Kanban-style Talent Board.
Adding candidates to a project or job remains the same. Once you click on Projects in the top menu, you will see a list of projects; this user interface is unchanged.
Click on a project. This screen should look familiar; the list view is still available. What's new is a button marked 'Talent Board.' Click on 'Talent Board' to view your candidates in the new Kanban-style Talent Board. Now you can manage your talent pipeline and interview process with a slick drag-and-drop interface
The same candidate data is behind the scenes, just a fresh new look. Simply drag and drop candidate blocks into new stages.
You can customize stages or change the order on the fly. Click the Actions button and select Configure Interview Process to adjust the steps in your interview process.
From the interview process screen, you can drag and drop steps to change the order, add/edit/delete steps, modify the days a stage should take, and alter the color of each stage to fit your preferences.
By clicking New Interview Process you can create a new interview process from scratch or duplicate one you already have and modify it from there. The choice is yours.
The beauty of this new Talent Board view is that you can now get an overview of your recruitment process in one single talent board view.
